Description
Honoring 243 years of rich Marine Corps history, the annual Birthday Ball is a time for all Marines to reflect and to celebrate. This event is enveloped with many traditions such as the Fallen Comrade table. It is often seen at not only the Birthday Ball, but also other formal military events such as Mess nights. The table has the same setting as the guests and serves as a reminder of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. This year’s coin honors the Marines that have gone before us and can only attend the Birthday Ball in spirit.
