Great Sword from a Great Company!
When my son made Corporal and we were down at Quantico for his graduation from MCESG, we had breakfast at the S&G Restaurant and then strolled down to The Marine Shop which was only a few yards away. The staff there were unbelievably helpful: as you know, the sword must be the right length for the Marine, and they took great care to be sure that he had the correct sword. We put in for them to engrave it, and it just arrived at our house for us to hold for him: the engraving is perfect, and the quality of the sword (made by Weyersburg, Kirschbaum and Company in Germany) is OUTSTANDING. Lastly, just a plug for membership in the Marine Corps Association: the discount you get for the sword pays for the membership plus.
